The return period is 15 days from the date of purchase.

At Ladran Gaucho, we are committed to offering the highest quality products for you and your dog. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returning the product. Returns are possible as long as it is in its original condition (unused, with its tags and packaging), and the return period (15 days from the date of purchase) has not passed.

We do not accept returns of products from the “Outlet” section and/or personalized products.

To initiate a return, send an email to info@ladrangaucho.com indicating the order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the steps.

If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will cover the shipping costs.

In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. This amount (€9.99) will be deducted from the refund.

Once the product you wish to return arrives at our facilities and we validate the return (items must be in perfect condition, with all interior labels and packaging), you will receive the refund in the same way you made your purchase within 10 days.
