Can I wash it?
Yes. Occasionally, because if our pets are having a good time, they tend to get dirty. But always follow our instructions:
- It cannot be put in a washing machine.
- Using a soft brush or a cloth moistened with warm water and a little detergent, scrub only the non-leather areas.
- Never use products such as bleach, ammonia, etc.
Can it get wet?
Can it get wet?
It's not a good idea to get leather wet; dogs don't sweat through their bodies (they do through their tongues), so this isn't a problem. We recommend removing the collar beforehand if you're going to the beach or pool to prevent damage. If your dog was quicker than you, that's fine too. We recommend treating the leather as described below to preserve it.
The Mexico collection is made with synthetic leather, which is more water-resistant and can get wet. We don't recommend it in any case.
