Canary standard 19,99€ Products with destination to the Canary Islands are exempt from VAT. It will be the recipient who will have to pay the local tax (IGIC) in case it is necessary. How long will my order take to arrive?

It will depend on the shipment you have chosen to make the purchase, for more information visit our shipping policy. If you want your order to arrive as soon as possible, you can receive it the next day before 14:00h.
Important: the delivery promise is counted on working days, and as long as the purchase has been made on a working day before 18:00h. Otherwise, it will be counted from the next working day after the purchase.

Where can I receive my order?

You can receive your order at the delivery address you provide.

What can I do if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived and the indicated time limit has passed, please write us an email to info@ladrangaucho.com
*All shipping conditions are counted from the day of purchase as long as it is before 18:00h from Monday to Thursday or before 13:30 on Fridays.

Exchanges

Can I change my items?

Items bought on ladrangaucho.com can be exchanged for another size or colour as long as they are in perfect condition and we have stock in our warehouse.

If you want to change an item you have to write us an email indicating your order number and the product you want to change to info@ladrangaucho.com .

What is the maximum time to do the exchange?

The exchange period is 15 days from the date of delivery.

Do I have to pay something for my return?

Exchanges for defective items (except those purchased in the “Outlet” section) will always be free.

In other cases, the buyer will assume the round-trip shipping costs, €9, and the amount for the price difference (if any).

In the event that they are complete beds (cover+filling), the cost of round-trip shipping for the exchange becomes €12.50.

Returns

What is the maximum time to do the return?

The return period is 15 days from the date of delivery.

What should I do to give the item back?

You can request a return through an email to info@ladrangaucho.com explaining the reasons for the return. The products must be in perfect condition and present their corresponding packaging.

After verifying all, we will send a carrier to pick up your package within 24 hours (whenever possible). In order to arrange the pick-up, the transport company will contact you. If for any reason the proposed date does not work for you, you can contact them to change it.

Do I have to pay something for my return?

Exchanges for defective or faulty items (as long as it is not a defect of a product sold in the outlet section) are always free of charge.

Once all the details have been verified, we will send a courier to collect your package within 24 hours (whenever possible). In order to make the collection arrangements, the courier company will contact you. If for any reason the proposed date does not suit you, you can contact them to change it. The products must be in perfect condition and present their corresponding packaging.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your payment.

You also have the option to opt for a gift card to spend at Ladran Gaucho.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been approved (the items must be in perfect condition, have the labels and packaging), you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that the amount will be refunded to your account in a few days.

Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.

The story of Ladran Gaucho was born from a lifelong love, vocation and dedication to dogs together with the desire to make the world a better place.
With these two premises we designed an original pet product that would support local craftsmanship and adapt it to the “animal fashion”. In this way we were creating a product that did not exist in the market, that could be in demand and, at the same time, supporting craftsmanship and the people who dedicate themselves to it; usually disadvantaged people.
