Characteristics of the Rwanda Belt

The Rwanda belt is made by hand in Tanzania by a cooperative of Masai women from the Ngorongoro Valley . For every purchase of Made in Tanzania products for Ladran Gaucho, you will be collaborating to promote the development of the women of the Masai tribes in this disadvantaged area.

It is made up of a very resistant and pleasant touch nubuck inner lining. The typical balls so characteristic of the Masai are sewn on top of the nubuck. Of different colors and shapes. All of this is sewn onto a top quality calfskin cowhide. It can be complemented with various types of collars and leashes to match your dog. This belt model is composed of a design of colored pearls that make up a very original colored geometric design and that are hand-sewn to the design.

It is important to remember that this belt is for men or women and it is a handmade product.

The story of Ladran Gaucho was born from a lifelong love, vocation and dedication to dogs together with the desire to make the world a better place.
With these two premises we designed an original pet product that would support local craftsmanship and adapt it to the “animal fashion”. In this way we were creating a product that did not exist in the market, that could be in demand and, at the same time, supporting craftsmanship and the people who dedicate themselves to it; usually disadvantaged people.
