How do I know my dog's size?

To know your dog’s size, the best way to avoid mistakes is to measure his neck and check his size in our Size guide that would be his size. Another option is to measure the collar you are using at the moment, you have to measure from the clasp (included) to the hole where you buckle it, if it is an adjustable collar measure the full length of the collar.

If I can't measure because the dog is not with me or the product is for a gift. How do I do this?

Do not worry because our return and exchange policy is very flexible, if you do not get it right you can always change it.

How long will my order take to arrive?

For peninsular deliveries in Spanish territory, you can receive your order the day after the purchase before 14:00h. It will depend on the type of shipment you have chosen when making the purchase. Important: the delivery promise is always calculated on working days and as long as the purchase has been made on a working day before 19:00h. otherwise it will be counted from the next working day after the purchase. How is the packaging?

Orders will be delivered in special packaging boxes designed to receive them in the best possible conditions. This packaging is also perfect as gift packaging.

How do I request an exchange or return?

The articles bought in ladrangaucho.com can be exchanged for another size or colour as long as they are in perfect condition and we have stock in our warehouse. To request an exchange you have to write us an email to info@ladrangaucho.com indicating your order number or name and telling us which product and size you want to exchange it for. The products must be in perfect condition. To make the exchange we will send the new product to your home with obligatory return, that is, the delivery person will ask you for the item to be returned in order to deliver the new one to you and will send it back to our warehouse.

How do I know if I have placed my order correctly online?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. We recommend you to check your “Junk” or Spam folder, it is possible that you have received it there, if you mark us as a safe email address you will receive the rest of the emails about the order in your inbox as normal. If you do not receive it, please contact us by sending an email to info@ladrangaucho.com . Once the order leaves our facilities you will receive an SMS with a tracking number of the transport company in charge of the delivery.

Which are the payment methods?

– Credit / debit card
You can use most major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard…) to pay for your order. We take security very seriously, so your details will be safe with us. All credit or debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, in order to maintain security and prevent fraud, and we remind you not to provide your card details via email, fax or social media.

In the event that the payment method chosen by the user is a credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, i.e. in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, once it has been verified that the data provided are correct.

Bizum is a mobile application that allows payments and collections to be made between individuals, for cases in which intermediaries do not have cash and without the need to know the bank account number of the recipient of the payment.
– Amazon Pay
Through an Amazon account, you can pay for your order quickly, securely and without additional costs.

At Ladran Gaucho we have sales points in different parts of the world.
